I am often asked “when is the best time to sell a house in Nanaimo?”  I decided to do a little research and prepare a chart that shows a month-by-month flow of home sales in Nanaimo over the past 12 months.

The three top months for single family home sales in Nanaimo, between June 2011 and May 2012 were:

1.        April

2.       August 

3.       May
