I had the pleasure of touring these beautiful, new,  townhouses today.  There are currently three of 12Rockwood Heights townhouses built.  The Rockwood Estates town homes are the first phase of a comprehensive, master-planned, 38 acre development by Hazelwood Holdings Ltd. of Nanaimo.

Chow Low Hammond Architects of Victoria have designed these homes in an environmentally responsible fashion while using the latest in high quality design and construction techniques. 

I think it would be fair to say that they have been designed in such a way as to be totally unique to Nanaimo.  The design has been engineered to the latest in seismic standards.

The square footage of these homes ranges between 1722 -1862 sq. feet.  The townhouses are priced from $477,200. and Strata fees are $156.
