When you put an offer on a new home you may wish to include different subjects on the offer than you would if you were purchasing a resale home. Some subjects you may wish to consider are:
- Subject to receiving and approving a copy of the building specification sheet.
- Subject to the buyer confirming that the seller is duly licensed pursuant to the Homeowners Protection Act.
- Subject to the buyer searching and approving title against the presence of any charge or other feature that reasonably may affect property's use or value
- Subject to the buyer receiving and approving information or professional advice concerning the buyer's HST liability, HST exemptions or rebates.
