Great news for the real estate market in Nanaimo - the market is definitely
improving.
The First two months of 2014 have been busy! In fact, in February 2014 there were
19% more sales of single family homes than there were in February 2013. Additionally,
there has been a small increase in the average sale price of single family
homes, as compared to the same time last year.
