2011 December Blogging Challenge - #21 & 22

It is the last day of the year.  All in all I have had a pretty good first year in real estate, and I am grateful for that.

Yesterday, I finished my marketing and business plan.  I now have a clear picture of what my direction is for next year.  I intend to read and review it once a week to help me stay on track.

Today, I wrote a script for my first "How's the Market" monthly video.  My web guy is adding a special place to my website for me to upload it.  I will receive the real estate statistics from our Board early next week and will film the first 2 minute video late next week.  Yikes!  I will have to work on being less self conscious.
