I am a member of By Referral Only. I have been working on their programme called Get Listings. There are a number of things to put in place before I can start this campaign. I spent the morning calling for print quotes and working out distribution . I intend to begin this campaign by the 10th of January.
I have a client who is looking for a specific type of house. I have written a letter which I will be hand delivering to several neighbourhoods where that type of home is available. I am quite excited about this plan as I think it will allow me to do some prospecting at the same time as I am working on my clients behalf.
