2011 December Blogging Challenge - #11

Yesterday was an education day.  I spent the morning in a seminar on preparing your business plan for the year.  It was lead by one of the most experienced Realtors in our office.  It was very well done as it pertained to the real estate industry .  It was an opportunity for people to share what had worked for them over the past years.  We were given a worksheet.  I had brought most of my 2011 numbers with me so I was able to get most of my numbers entered during the session.  I just need to complete my promotional budget and fine tune my marketing for next year.
